Wow! Week 2 of my doctor imposed wheat, gluten and dairy free diet is behind me! Have I been perfect? Hardly! I just can’t seem to kick that coffee habit (it’s not on the I can eat this list either).
Have I lost any weight? You’d think so, wouldn’t you? Nope. I haven’t gained any weight, haven’t lost any weight. I find that interesting.
Do I feel better after two weeks? Definitely! I have a terrific naturopathic doctor, and she knows her stuff.
Two more weeks to go, and I’ve been having a good time finding recipes that fit into my temporary lifestyle. My favorite recipe so far?
