Karen Bernsee submitted this recipe for a terrific treat yourself to movie night snack.
1 cup milk
2 tbs flour
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Bring 1 cup milk, 2 Tbsp. flour and 1 clove chopped garlic clove to a simmer, whisking; stir in 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese until smooth. Add horseradish and grainy mustard to taste; serve with pretzel rods for dipping.
