What a nice, light salad! Cabbage is one of the vegetables that I like, crunchy and sweet.
Thanks, cabbage is cheap too. These days I’m all for healthy and cheap.
Mmmm…very healthy salad…yum…yum…
This looks sooo super yummy!!
This sounds delicious. I have a crunchy Chinese salad that is much more difficult, I don’t make it often. I love having this easier version.
I have one too that adds almonds, various veggies and won ton crisps, but this one is much lighter in calories. That’s why I like it. Happy holidays!

What a great salad, this is my kind of meal.
Yum, what a delicious, lighter alternative to all the holiday foods out there. I’m still trying to figure out what to do for Christmas and New Year’s, without making it a total gutbuster meal!
Me too. I’m starting the recipe hunt tonight. We are hosting dinner, and my husband is frying his first turkey. We figure it’s family. They have to love us, right? Merry Christmas!
I love the light and easy aspect to this version – and it’s pretty!
Thank you! Happy Holidays!
