Don’t Miss Carol’s Favorite Pumpkin Dip

February 16, 2011 By Kristi Rimkus 13 Comments

Carol's Pumpkin Dip From Skinny Taste

I love it when friends bring me food!

Carol, raves about recipes from Skinny Taste, and this creamy pumpkin dip impressed her so much that she gave me some to try.

This pumpkin recipe was supposed to be a dip, but it was so light and fluffy that we topped it with whipped cream and turned it into a lovely, pumpkiny mousse.

If you’re a Weight Watchers fan, and even if you aren’t, head on over to Skinny Taste to give this sweet treat try. Thank you Carol, and happy cooking!

Gina served it with apples. I'd bet pears would be delicious too.

I don't know why we don't use pumpkin except around the holidays. It's such a healthy treat!
