



When it comes to last minute appetizer recipes, this salmon spread from Angie’s Recipes tops my list.
It doesn’t get any easier than mixing together a can of salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, a splash of zesty lemon and some mild green onions.
Angie’s salmon spread is a creamy concoction that works perfectly on nutty whole grain crackers or refreshing cucumber rounds.

Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained
- 4 ounces Philadelphia Soft Vegetable Cream Cheese
- ½ cup light sour cream
- ½ cup green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients and chill for 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve with vegetables or whole grain crackers.

We make something that’s very similar to this. It’s great as a dip, or you have even put it in little pastry shells and serve it baked. Anyway, good stuff – thanks.

Love this recipe. I’m a salmon gal. Love eating it. I’ve even fished for my own back in the day. Nothing quite like salmon. Never been a tuna gal though. No idea why. Hope you have an amazing New Year. xx
