Easy Salmon and Cream Cheese Spread

Serving Size: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained
  • 4 ounces Philadelphia Soft Vegetable Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • ½ cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and chill for 15 minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with vegetables or whole grain crackers.

We make something that’s very similar to this. It’s great as a dip, or you have even put it in little pastry shells and serve it baked. Anyway, good stuff – thanks.

Love this recipe. I’m a salmon gal. Love eating it. I’ve even fished for my own back in the day. Nothing quite like salmon. Never been a tuna gal though. No idea why. Hope you have an amazing New Year. xx

I’m not much of a tuna fan myself. My mom used to make a tuna casserole all the time. It turned me off the stuff, but I love salmon! Have a good New Year! :)
