Back in the day, we didn’t have fancy weight loss smartphone apps, or even websites with tracking and journaling tools. It was just paper, pen, and a determination to lose those 40 pounds that were dragging me down.

This is quite a list to strive for, isn’t it? But believe me, there are several websites that can provide you with most of these tools and weight loss tips, and you won’t be charged a penny.
#1 pick – SparkPeople – The resources on this website are incredible. It’s no wonder SparkPeople is one of the most recognized free weight loss websites. There are plenty of tools to help you get going, a large community of fellow dieters, and even health and wellness articles and videos.
