
Bean Dip
Okay, this is far from a healthy recipe, but it is the Fourth of July, and this recipe is a crowd pleaser.
Very easy to put together, and if kept warm, it’s even better. The fresh lime really adds that fresh flavor, so if you have some on hand, definetly add it.
Ingredients:
4 oz light cream cheese
1 can fat free refried beans
1/2 cup medium heat chunky salsa
1/4 lime juiced
Add ingredients to bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir together to blend ingredients and serve with Fritos, or your favorite baked tortilla chips.
