Talk about a healthy salmon meal!
Heart healthy salmon and leafy green kale. This is probably the easiest recipe you’ll find for grilled salmon and kale.
I love the garlic steamed with the kale. The flavor is so mellow, but yet so intense.
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces salmon filets
- Grill seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toss kale with garlic, salt and pepper. Place in steamer and steam approximately 10 - 15 minutes until tender, turning frequently so the kale cooks evenly.
- While kale is steaming, rub your favorite seafood seasoning onto salmon filets and grill approximately 15 minutes until salmon just flakes. Do not over-cook, or you will have dry salmon.
- Top kale with grilled salmon and serve.
