I’m a big believer in eating breakfast, and I love this breakfast because it gives me a good boost for the day.
The yogurt came from my yogurt maker, so it’s free of additives or preservatives. It’s so fresh and creamy. Add some sweet fruit and crunchy walnuts, who wouldn’t want that for breakfast!
- ½ cup cantaloupe, cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ cup strawberries, quartered
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ½ cup low fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- Combine melon, strawberries and blueberries. Top with yogurt and walnuts.
