Remember Yogurt Cheese? Mango Mousse

by Kristi Rimkus on November 5, 2011

No big recipe post today, my friends. Just a quick snippet to show you how versatile and tasty yogurt cheese can be.

Mango Mousse with Yogurt Cheese

Mango Mousse with Yogurt Cheese

A whirl of yogurt cheese and fresh mango in my Magic Bullet created this simple mango mousse recipe. The consistency was that of a light mousse, and the flavor refreshing. Your family will think you served them the best dessert, but you’ll know it was nutritious too.

Enjoy your weekend!

Sometimes it’s the most simple of recipes that bring the most pleasure. :) That looks so good.

Wow …we just love it. It is called aamrakhand in India and we serve it with a sprinkling of nuts only.

They were topped with wild blueberries from Trader Joes and almonds. I just love that yogurt cheese – it’s so versatile.
