I love making wraps out of leftovers. Most stores have a variety of wraps to buy.
The calories in this wrap are fantastically low because the shell I used only had 100 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, and 12 grams of fiber! Add the hummus and roasted veggies and you have a really great, high fiber, low calorie lunch. I calculated this meal at 4 points. You can’t beat that!
