I’ve never made Caribbean Jerk chicken before, but I will again!
This recipe was so easy to make. I used chicken breasts, but I’m sure it would be even better with chicken pieces as suggested in the recipe. I just wanted to lighten the calorie count.
I love the warmth the cinnamon adds to the chicken, and using an Italian seasoning packet is really a great idea.
