Salmon is becoming the new chicken in my house. We have salmon at one meal a week, so coming up with new recipes to keep it exciting is becoming increasingly difficult.

Add the restriction of my cooking challenge of the month (recipes with six ingredients or less), and now I have to be even more creative. Fortunately, I’m a big salmon burger fan, so this recipe fit right in with my challenge and the food in my pantry.
Fresh garlic and chives really add a fresh taste to the mayonnaise, and really give the salmon added moisture and kick.
Happy cooking!

Hi Mother Rimmy,
I love salmon and what a great idea to have grilled salmon for the burger. I will try this out and thanks for sharing the recipe.
Great idea. I never thought of having salmon on a burger this way. Will definitely give it a try.
