As if I wasn’t having fun enough with my two-year old nephew, Blake, I’m now fortunate to have Grayson to spoil too! You’ve seen Blake featured here on many an occasion. After all, his aunt is a cook and loves to feed the little guy!

I adore the spicy flavors of Mexican cuisine. I can’t resist a quick salsa of colorful peppers, sweet tomatoes, and tender black beans with a squeeze of lime. It’s the perfect dip for baked chips. If I’m really in need of a treat, I’ll add chunks of pepper jack cheese and creamy avocado. Heaven!
