I attended a cooking class at our local whole foods store this past weekend. The chef, Paul Kohlenberg, prepared a salad with mixed greens, goat cheese, and candied walnuts. I have nothing against bottled salad dressings as long as I’m careful to read the ingredients. My philosophy is that if I don’t recognize an ingredient as a food, I’m not going to eat it.
