Don’t misunderstand, I love to eat out. I can order a calorie friendly plate and snitch a serving of fries off my husband’s plate any day of the week. After all, they serve too many fries for one person, right? But cooking at home will always save me a few hundred calories, so for the most part, I’d rather cook for myself.
When it comes to making my own meals, I have favorite Weight Watchers cooks bookmarked for quick reference. They always whip up something amazing, and they calculate the points and calories for me. It doesn’t get any better than that!
Let’s take a look at my list of go-to Weight Watcher cooks . . .
Most Weight Watchers are familiar with SkinnyTaste. Gina has been providing Weight Watcher fans with recipes for as long as I can remember, and is an inspiration for all calorie friendly cooks. You’ll love her Skinny Shrimp Salsa with your favorite baked chips. I might skip the chips and wrap a scoop up in a whole grain tortilla!
Don’t forget to check out Danica’s Daily. Danica has plenty of tasty recipes, and she’ll give you weekly menu ideas too. Hit the grocery store and pick up a few fresh ingredients and whip up one of Danica’s meals.
And if you’re looking for inspiration, Sheryl at A Neurotic Glamour Girl’s Weight Watchers Experience will give you a lift for sure. She’s full of terrific advice and tons of fun too.
That’s it! This is by far not a complete list of amazing Weight Watchers blogs, but enough to get you started.
Don’t forget me! I love your visits and enjoy hearing your comments and experiences. If you have a shout out to your favorite blog, by all means, leave a comment and share. There’s enough space in the blogosphere for all of us.
Happy, healthy cooking!
