I’m not a big pasta fan. In most cases, if you place a plate of pasta in front of me, it will go untouched in favor of almost anything else being offered.
However, I find the need on occasion to please the people that I love, so I take out the package of pasta that’s been sitting in the pantry for a few months, and see if I can’t find the inspiration to create an edible pasta dish.
Not to toot my own horn, but I think I found the inspiration for this grown up mac and cheese in a can of crab meat. It turned out pretty darn good – for pasta that is.
