Time to share another recipe from Travelin’ Local.
This week I served up a colorful, savory Mediterranean crepe. If you haven’t made crepes before, you are in good company. I was intimidated by the process after watching the Food Network folks serve perfectly shaped, light and fluffy crepes. I decided to give it a try anyway.
Did my crepes turn out in a perfect circle, light and fluffy? Not so much the first try, but they were still tender and how could I miss when I filled them with tender chicken, feta and basil?
