Good Sunday Morning!
I love it when inspiration hits. A few weeks ago I started Happy Hour Friday.
At the time, I decided it was time to take a break on Fridays from the long work week, and all the stresses of everyday living. I was going to let my hair down, so to speak, and enjoy myself. Still, I try to keep the calories in my happy hour appetizers on the lighter side, so I while I consider Happy Hour Friday a ton of fun, I’m still watching those calories.
Then came the inspiration for Treat of the Week. That inspiration might have come from the happy hour wine, but I still think it’s a great idea. I believe there is always room in a healthy diet for a treat here and there, so I’m going start making one delicious – don’t worry about the calories – treat a week.
