I found this pork chop recipe on Ingredients, Inc., by Alison Lewis.
I don’t often cook with five spice powder, but every time I do, I always think I should use it more. It has such a warm flavor. Still it’s not too strong, and doesn’t over-power the food.
Alison sliced the pork and sauted it. We are still in summer grilling mode, so I grilled the pork. It turned out awesome.
I made extra marinade and sauted broccoli with the sauce to serve on the side. Don’t forget to serve it with my Spicy Garlic and Ginger Wild Rice!
Happy, healthy cooking!
