Yahoo!!! I’m done with my doctor imposed wheat, gluten and dairy free diet!

August 29, 2009 By Kristi Rimkus Leave a Comment

I must say, after week two, I felt much better. Still, it was a tough go finding evening meals that fit that description. Breakfasts and lunches were easy – just eat fruits and salads with lean meats. That was fine as long as I was at work, but dinner was a different ball game. For some reason, dinner just felt like it needed some kind of comfort food. A great whole wheat roll, or some kind of sauce with the chicken or fish.

I definitely have a new respect for people that live with dietary restrictions!
